Businesswoman, wife, mother, and community advocate, Stephanie Frisch brings an impressive blend of leadership, professional experience, and personal commitment to all that she endeavors. A licensed insurance professional since 2006, Stephanie has her own company, Insurance 101, which is based in San Juan Capistrano. As an entrepreneur, she understands the challenges that businesses face and supports a business-friendly local government to ensure the ongoing financial health of the city.

In addition to her professional commitments, Stephanie volunteers countless hours to local non-profits and community organizations. In 2007, she joined the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce and became actively involved in its efforts to support local businesses and non-profit community groups. In 2009, she was elected to serve on the Board of Directors, and in 2010 she was nominated to the Executive Board where she has served the last four years as Chair Elect, two terms as Chairman of the Board, and her final year as Past-Chair before reaching her term limit maximum (six years). She assisted with the establishment of the Chamber's Equestrian Council, Latino Business Council, and the Restaurant/Tourism Council. In 2012, she helped to create and launch the first annual "Rodeo Week" to bring the Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo into the community and local businesses.

From 2011-2013, Stephanie served on the Board of Directors for the Fiesta Association, a non-profit group that runs traditional Swallow's Day Parade and related events. While serving on the Board of Directors as Membership Chair, she was also responsible for the Taste of San Juan in 2012 and 2013. She is also a member of the San Juan Capistrano Equestrian Coalition, San Juan Capistrano Historical Society, Mission Preservation Society and San Juan Capistrano Open Space Foundation.

For the past 11 years, Stephanie has lived in San Juan Capistrano with her husband Mitch and their daughter Hope. Initially a stay-at-home mom, she devoted her free time to volunteering as a team parent for Hope's softball team and room parent at both Ambuehl Elementary and Marco Forster Middle School. At this time, Stephanie was also extensively involved with the Orange County Chapter of the American Cancer Society's "Look Good, Feel Better" program and Working Wardrobes, a non-profit that empowers men, women, veterans and young adults overcoming difficult challenges to confidently enter the workforce and achieve success.
