A YES vote on this measure means:
A "YES" vote on the Measure will increase the existing transient occupancy tax on hotel stays from 9% to 10%.

A NO vote on this measure means:
A "NO" vote on the Measure will keep the existing transient occupancy tax on hotel stays at 9%.
