A balanced budget will maintain our vital public services.
I support our police and fire employees and will work to assure a balanced budget that will maintain vital city services.

Casinos and horse race tracks do not make for safe neighborhoods, in fact, they are well known by public safety officials to attract drugs, prostitution, while arrests for drunk driving go up near gambling operations.

We are the working class city of Monterey Bay, and when working class cities have gambling in the neighborhoods, it promotes an increase in addictive social ills.

Let's also be a good neighbor to CSU, Monterey Bay, and keep graduates safe and welcome in the community
