Candidate for
Council Member; City of Tehachapi

I am an 18 year old online college student who works retail at a local shop. I have been interested in and studying government (Federal, State, and local) for many years now. I have first-hand experience in government decorum and policy-making, and am prepared to use what I know to better this city. As a member of a large family who has struggled financially, I am dedicated to improving the economy of our city and enacting policies that help alleviate economic burdens on our citizens.

In 2010 I was honored by Saint Malachy's Catholic Church of Tehachapi with the "Service Award" for exceptional community service and involvement in the community. I have been a very active member of the Saint Malachy's Youth Ministry as a CORE Team Member where I helped organize, implement, and chaperon multiple Youth retreats, gatherings, and trips as well as community Soup Kitchens.

In 2012 I was placed on the Dean's High Honor List by California Virtual Academies @Maricopa High School for exceptional grades. I have taken many advanced courses throughout my recent High School career including Forensic Science and Psychology.
