I was born in San Francisco and have owned a home in Rodeo for the last 5 years. During that time, I've been an award-winning member of the Rodeo Parks & Recreation Committee (R10), and a founding member of Crockett - Rodeo United to Defend the Environment (C.R.U.D.E).

Because I'm also a former film actress, professional bodybuilder and fitness model, I'm accustomed to working with highly talented, deeply committed and dynamic individuals. While struggling to "make it" in these extremely competitive careers, I learned the value of a good job, a hard-earned buck and how to stretch a dollar.

I've been a published writer/researcher/consultant since 1981. After working for Sports Illustrated, I began writing TV scripts for Hollywood. Today, I conduct research and perform editing services for top writers and producers in Southern California.
