Candidate for
Council Member; Town of Paradise

Jody served on the Paradise Planning Commission for 3 years and was the 2013 Chair. Jody recently retired after 34 years with Caltrans so that she could devote her attention to the work of the Town of Paradise. Jody was the Caltrans District 3 Director for 13 years, responsible for leading an organization of 1600 employees with a $200 million operating budget and a construction program worth $1.4 billion.

Jody has significant experience efficiently managing a large, complex budget and was responsible for all project development work in 22 counties north of Sacramento. She has 34 years of experience working with local agencies on transportation and land use issues. Jody Jones knows how to get things done!
