Shall Ordinance No. 545, a temporary sales tax increase of one-half percent (0.50%) that automatically expires in six years, and that establishes a citizen oversight committee to ensure that the funds are used to preserve public services such as police protection, fire suppression, street maintenance, animal control and other services for the Town of Paradise, be adopted?

Measure D. Change in Qualifications for Electing Directors -- Durham Irrigation District (Majority Approval Required)

Shall directors of Durham Irrigation District, who now are required to be residents of the divisions they represent, instead be required only to be residents of the District at large such that each director shall be a voter and landowner in and a resident of the District at large without regard to divisions?
