During my tenure, EBRPD has maintained its AAA bond rating and passed balanced, fiscally conservative budgets.

The Alamo Canal Underpass and Pleasanton BART to Santa Rita Iron Horse Trail have opened, improving alternative transportation opportunities.

EBRPD will continue improvements to the Shadow Cliffs to Del Valle Trail, including repaving LARPD's Sycamore Grove trail.

The Vargas Plateau will open this winter, providing excellent scenic views and good hiking.

Coyote Hills received a $15,000,000 land donation from the Patterson family where I support habitat restoration, new trails, and organic farming

We will add a new park facility at the former Dumbarton Quarry in 2015. The Dumbarton Quarry Associates will pay a fee to the district for each refill load going into the quarry.I proposed that this fee, currently valued at $1.8 million, be reserved for Coyote Hills improvements. This proposal was supported by the board.

We've expanded land holdings at Pleasanton Ridge and Brushy Peak. I am currently working to bet new staging areas open to make it more accessible to walkers and hikers.

I'm determined to expedite improvements needed at Mission Peak and its neighborhood.
