Ms. Buycks is a non-partisan, non-denominational Christian who values morals and desires to place integrity back into the political arena. According to I Timothy 4:11-12, "these things command and teach; Let no man despise thy youth, but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity."

Ms. Buycks has been on the cutting edge, tackling difficult and often controversial issues, such as education, healthcare (seniors & veteran), economic stimulation, homosexuality bills (SB 48), and jobs within the community. Throughout her career, Ms. Buycks have seen discrimination, disadvantages and civil rights of Americans being forgotten by Politicians in their decision-making for the poor and needy. According to Proverbs 31:8-9, "Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction, open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy." Ms. Buycks has a passion to deal with the difficult issues Californians are facing.
