  • As a volunteer, I have completed, over a period of more than 20 years, a wide range of community service assignments in San Diego.
  • As a volunteer, I previously served as a reserve officer in the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
  • As a volunteer, I previously served as a community board member in the San Diego County District Attorney's Office.
  • As a volunteer, I previously served as a public relations liaison for the San Diego County Superior Court system.
  • As a volunteer, I previously served as a lectionary minister at Saint Michael's Church.
  • As a volunteer, I currently serve as a notary public for San Diego Mission Hospice.
Top Priorities if Elected
  • I will promote and facilitate investment and development initiatives across southeast San Diego.
  • I will enhance public safety across the vibrant and diverse neighborhoods of our region, including promoting programs to address Prop. 109 issues.
  • I will improve the quality of life of our community's residents, providing access to a wider selection of healthy diet choices.
