This has proven to be an ongoing criminal fraud involving duplicate mortgages and defective mortgage backed securities.

In San Diego County, anyone can file a foreclosure and steal a property and many have. In response, George formed The American Foreclosure Resistance Movement to protect the rights of property owners, lien holders and investors.

Over the past five years, George has written over 100 columns devoted to various aspects of the effect of predatory lending related to loan securitizations and the impact on our economy.

He wrote a widely circulated piece entitled 60 Million Mortgages May Have Fatal Flaws, exposing MERS.

George is a prolific author. Many candidates for public office don't leave much of a trail as to who they are. George's writing is fact based and deals with serious topics that get little attention from other journalists. His writing is honest, authentic and occasionaly a little profane.

George is a teacher, coach and mentor.
