Education and Qualifications:
As your new City Council Member in San Jose, my priorities will be to increase public safety, maintain a balanced budget, and improve our city's aging infrastructure. Solving these problems will also attract much needed industry and bring us new jobs. In addition, I will support the needs of our Seniors and Veterans who have special needs and lifestyles, which should be honored.

As a resident of San Jose for 37 years, I have been part of the rapidly growing high technology environment and have learned to think outside of the box. This allows me to bring new ideas and viewpoints to the council. I've also spent many years in community service, listening and learning what my fellow San Joseans need and want.

Currently, I serve on the San Jose Senior Commission, Cypress Advisory Council, Hathaway Park Neighborhood Association and other local and county committees as well as attending many Council meetings.

I believe we can work together to improve our community with honesty, integrity, commitment and transparency. I will be honored by your vote and will continue to listen to and serve the citizens of San Jose. Thank you for your vote.
