Education and Qualifications:
My name is Dennis Lempert. I have been honored to serve as a reserve police officer, Deputy District Attorney, union representative, defender, teacher and mentor, with the majority of my professional experience being in the courtroom trying cases; including arguing a case before the United States Supreme Court.

This extensive experience allows me to see the justice system from multiple perspectives and has exposed me to all manner of plaintiffs, defendants, lawyers and judges.

I have devoted my life to upholding the law and safeguarding the public trust. If elected I will enter the office of Superior Court Judge with no agenda other than to follow the law, give each party a fair opportunity to present evidence, and render decisions that are legally correct and honorable.

As a Superior Court Judge, I will strive to be firm and fair, aim to make a substantial contribution to justice, endeavor to bring honor and respect to the bench, and be faithful to my oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and the State of California.
