Be Fair
A judicial candidate cannot have a "position paper". A judge cannot have an agenda that they intend to implement from the bench except fairness or impartiality. Saying that you will be tough on "this" or that you are tired of seeing "that" in the courts makes you impartial and not a good candidate to be a judge. My position is to give all parties a fair chance, and then apply the law and make a ruling.
