I believe in the system. Laws are written to protect the innocent as well as to punish the guilty. Having tried the most heinous types of crimes as well as simple traffic tickets, it has proven to me, that if the law is applied properly and respectfully, the outcome of the trial should yield the proper verdict. I have tried over 100 cases. I focus on the facts and the written word of the law when combined with my diverse legal experience this prepares me for the difficult rulings associated with being a judge.
