Proposition 13
I will enforce Proposition 13. It is quite possible that I could be sued in Court with a plaintiff arguing that Proposition 13 is unfair. I will defend Proposition 13 as long as you the people keep it as the law governing assessment of properties in California.
Split Roll
In trying to keep legal entity owned property assessed near market value, the legislature added Subdivision C of Section 64 Revenue and Taxation Code providing that when there is a change in corporate control of more than 50%, it is considered a change in ownership.
