Smart Voter Political Philosophy for Chris J. Frisco

Candidate for
Judge of the Superior Court; County of Los Angeles; Office 72

This information is provided by the candidate

I believe that a Judge needs to have the ability to review cases and decide, rather quickly, wether a defendant is a hardened criminal or a person who made a mistake and worthy of a second chance.

Being a Judge is a great privilege with an even greater obligation to treat people fairly, courteously and with dignity.

The biggest problem in our Courts today is the number of cases due to Court closures. A Judge has to work twice as hard to process an enormous number of cases. A Judge today must be efficient, must be diligent but most of all needs to dispense justice fairly.
