Supervisor; County of Butte; Supervisorial District 3

Four years ago, I ran for Supervisor and promised fiscal conservatism, accessibility to my constituents, and advocacy for public safety and local business.

Today, Butte County has a balanced budget with a healthy contingency fund and is living within its means. That's quite an accomplishment, given the State's chronic budget problems and corresponding impacts to county services. We have reduced some developer fees, streamlined permitting, and have a robust online permit system.

If selected to serve another four y.ears, I will continue to embrace a fiscally conservative budget. I will use my experience to improve public safety and continue expanded library services. I will guard our water resources, protect our valuable agricultural land, and will promote a strong business climate. My highest priority, as it always has been, will be to serve the needs of my constituents.
