Campaign finance reform is a necessity in the State of Pennsylvania. In the wake of state lawmakers receiving cash gifts, as well as previous scandals, it is pertinent that we pass meaningful campaign finance reform in Pennsylvania. Candidates or current office holders should not be able to accept cash gifts and we must pass legislation capping donations much like federal rules, and add additional oversight by the Department of State. |
