From the Three Rivers of Pittsburgh to the mountain resorts of the Poconos, from Independence Hall in Philadelphia to the pristine sands of Presque Isle, we are One Pennsylvania. Our 67 counties and 12.8 million people are linked by more than just highways and commerce. We have a shared history and a shared future.

As the nation slowly recovers from the Great Recession, our Commonwealth has lagged as far down as 49th among 50 states in job creation. Manufacturing jobs have eroded, wages have lagged, and nearly 400,000 Pennsylvanians are currently unemployed.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is at a critical time. It is time for a governor with a clear vision, who will break up the old boy's club in Harrisburg, and who lead Pennsylvania into a prosperous future. Allyson Schwartz will be that Governor.

Allyson Schwartz will be a different type of governor. Her track record of accomplishment and breaking down barriers makes her uniquely qualified to shake up Harrisburg at a time when the status quo has never been more unacceptable. The only woman in the 20-member Pennsylvania Congressional Delegation and just the third woman ever elected to the state Senate, as Governor, Schwartz will set and demand high expectations for getting things done for Pennsylvania's families.

One Pennsylvania: Allyson Schwartz's Road map for a New Vision for the Commonwealth Innovation. Hard work. Determination. Ingenuity. Common ground. Independence. Those traits are the hallmarks of Pennsylvania, and as Governor, Allyson Schwartz will bring those same traits to work every day to build One Pennsylvania.
