1. Alignment of out council districts - With the turnover of so many of our council seats and the Mayor, I will have an opportunity to work with our new council members to work towards a city wide rejuvenation. Instead of nine council members running nine cities, we can have all council members working for the good of the entire city.

2. A new SEADIP (Southeast Area Development and Improvement Plan) - The SEADIP zone has enormous potential to succeed! Currently SEADIP needs to be re-organized because it is antiquated. It was designed for urban sprawl, not for the density that we have now.

3. Crime Reduction + Are more police the Answer for our District? Since property Crime in the 3rd District is on the rise we all need to come together as a community. Neighborhood involvement is a very effective way to decrease our crime without spending money we don't have.

4. Naples seawalls repair completion - After serving as president of the Marina Pacifica HOA, I have experience with seawall repair, maintenance, and the politics involved. Marina Pacifica is comprised of a 26 acre peninsula surrounded by seawalls, boat docks both city owned (basin 6) and private managed, a boat launch ramp, ½ mile of subterranean parking structure, and has all of the same politics that go along with approximately 1000 residents.

5. Harmony between Belmont Shore Residents and Bar Owners - As a commercial real estate broker in Long Beach, I have worked in a professional capacity with numerous restaurants and bars regarding licensing and restrictions, and I understand how to get everyone to work together.
