Judge; Court of Common Pleas; District 5

I have been serving as Judge of the Court of Common Pleas since July 5, 2012. I currently work in the Family Division adjudicating hundreds of cases involving juvenile dependency and delinquency, and deciding domestic relations cases. I also preside on Veterans Court to address the unique needs of our veterans. I have over 35 years of legal experience, including service as Assistant United States Attorney, First Deputy Attorney General, Chairman of the State Parole Board, Commissioner of the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, and 18 years of private practice. I earned the highest judicial rating from the Bar Association.
