Mr. Tolliver started his 32 year legal career in private practice. He then served as a judicial clerk on the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, served as a Chief Assistant City Solicitor, was a Shareholder in a private law firm for over 9 years, and currently is a corporate litigation counsel.

Mr. Tolliver has experience handling the following types of legal matters: general practice matters, criminal defense representation, domestic relations matter, complex commercial matters, products liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, professional liability, railroad liability, municipal liability, civil rights litigation and general liability matters. During his legal career, Mr. Tolliver has tried cases in Montgomery, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties and in federal court. He has managed class action and antitrust matters as a corporate litigation counsel.

He is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the NAACP, and serves the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board as a Hearing Committee member.

Mr. Tolliver has been recognized by the NAACP Cheltenham Area Branch and the Montgomery County Advisory Council to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. He received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition + The Honorable Joseph M. Hoeffel and is a recipient of an American Cities Foundation Community Leadership Award.

Mr. Tolliver has served as Region III Director of National Bar Association and Second Vice Chair-Commercial Law Section of the National Bar Association.
