To reduce the achievement gap and ultimately eliminate the gap.Support programs that provide all the necessary support and services to students so that all students can be at the appropriate learning level in early elementary school. Provide funding accordingly to schools that have the greatest needs. Set high academic standards and insist that students meet the standards with the help and support of teachers, staff, parents, and community. |
