Shall a 0.33 mills special tax be imposed by the Borough of Munhall on all taxable real estate in the Borough of Munhall effective January 1, 2014 and thereafter, the proceeds of which shall be allocated and used only for the maintenance and the operation of the Carnegie Library of Homestead?

Impartial Analysis
If this question is approved by a majority of those voting, a separate tax of 0.33 mills will be levied on all real estate in the Borough of Munhall.

All money raised as a result of this tax can only be used to aid in the maintenance and operation of the Carnegie Library of Homestead and cannot be used for any other purpose. This tax would go into effect January 1, 2014.
