Shall the McKeesport Home Rule Charter be amended, as more fully set forth in Ordinance No. 13-16, as follows?

Question #5

Article VII. The Mayor shall not hold any other elected office, shall report to the Council as requested and any Mayoral salary or benefit deferments shall be approved by Council.

Impartial Analysis
If this question is approved by a majority of those voting, the McKeesport Home Rule Charter will be amended to require that the Mayor shall not be eligible to hold any other elected office, shall report as requested to City Council regarding the state of affairs of the City and deferments of salary or benefits shall be approved by City Council.
