Shall the McKeesport Home Rule Charter be amended, as more fully set forth in Ordinance No. 13-16, as follows?

Question #3

Article III. A Councilperson shall have been a resident of the City for at least one year and shall not hold the offices of Mayor, Controller or any other elected government position.

Impartial Analysis
If this question is approved by a majority of those voting, the McKeesport Home Rule Charter will be amended to require that a Councilperson be a resident of the City for at least one year and shall not be eligible to hold any other elected government position.
