Shall the McKeesport Home Rule Charter be amended, as more fully set forth in Ordinance No. 13-16, as follows?

Question #1

Each mention of Councilman or Councilmen shall be replaced with Councilperson or Councilperson(s).

Impartial Analysis
If this question is approved by a majority of those voting, the McKeesport Home Rule Charter will be amended to require that "Councilman" be replaced by "Councilperson" and "Councilmen" be replaced by "Councilpersons" each time it appears in the Charter.
