Questions & Answers

1. What services do you believe should be considered basic and essential for the Township?

Fire, Police, Water, Sewer, Roads

2. How would you balance the Township Budget?

Not spend more then we take in. I would set one, five and ten year budgets, with historic intake values to set proposed expenditures. I would seek RFP's to get the best work or needed item for the best price, not just take the first bid or lowest price.

3. Citizen engagement is important to the health of local government. In what ways do you support citizen engagement?

I believe we need both a community council and a business association to work with, this is a proven method to get good input on how your community is working. I also think the township should hold open house nights for residents to share ideas and have an interactive website.
