First we must acknowledge that the students of Winton Woods School District have been entrusted to us to be taught, inspired, enriched and supported in many different ways. It is our job to prepare all of our students to be life-long learners and to be fully prepared for a successful transition to their higher educational pursuits. We must restore, rebuild and revitalize our school district to instill warrior pride.

Restore: Academic Quality, Performance Standards, Community Engagement, and Financial Stability

Rebuild: Best academic practices and curriculum enhancements to improve student performance across the district. Provide leadership that raises student expectations

Enhance performance evaluations and incentive measures for teaching and administrative staff through teacher-to-teacher, peer evaluations, or evaluation teams

Engagement of community leaders, parents, and collective stakeholders in order to increase partnerships and add to the learning experience for students

Reduce administrative costs that outweigh the working dollars in the classroom and assess the 5 year budget to circumvent any financial short falls within the next few years

Revitalize: An atmosphere that empowers students and parents to pursue life-long academic and career goals through proper student assessment which instills a sense of pride and recognition

An evaluation based on core competencies, functional expertise, and professional traits.

Business partnerships with area employers and parent/community volunteers to enhance communication and build pipelines to establish learning and knowledge among the students, teachers, and the larger community

Tax payers return on their investment and the loss of established services in the classroom and busing
