A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Terrace Park, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding two and five-tenths (2.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
