My name is Ted Donham, I have resided in Modesto for over 45 years. Attended Modesto high school, and Modesto Junior College graduating with degrees in Agriculture.

I was hired to work at the Modesto Irrigation District in 1977, and did work in many departments. Most notable,I was a Journeyman Substation Electrician, built several new stations, as well as maintained, and tested equipment in service. Prior to my retirement I worked in the Control room at the Modesto Irrigation District. The control room is staffed by NERC Certified Transmission Operators, that monitor the Electrical and irrigation systems. We monitored our connection to the Electrical Grid, the 14 western states, two provinces in Canada and portions of northern Mexico. Associated with that we also were tasked with monitoring our own irrigation system. Beginning with the Don Pedro Dam all the way through our system.

With my back ground and experience gained during my 33 years working for the Modesto irrigation District, I can say with confidence that I am more than qualified to act as director, and would be honored to do so.
