Communication and Transparency
We should be able to express our political views freely, leverage a district newsletter to get everyone in the community on the same page, have a district Facebook page to foster two way communication, and have timely and accessible meeting minutes that capture the key points of public comment.
Enrollment and School Capacity
There are three critical components that need to be addressed when talking about the school capacity issue. 1) What matters most to the community? 2) How can we predict future enrollment? and 3) What is the best balance of permanent vs. temporary capacity expansion?
