My name is Charles Hoelzel. In August, I filed to be a candidate for the Coastside County Water District Board. As a resident of the Coastside for the last 6 years. I have enjoyed being an active member of our community by volunteering with the Relay for Life, IDES, and The Canada Cove HOA, because I believe being active in our community is important to improving the quality of life for all coastsiders.

The reason I'm running is simply, I believe I can have a positive impact on the future of our water here on the coast. The following areas are worth further exploring and are critical to the future of the quality and cost of our water.

  • Aging Water Pipes
  • Continued Rate Increases
  • Additional Water Storage
  • Recycled Water
  • Additional Water Sources
