- Explore ways to increase revenue capabilities
- Continue to find shared services opportunities among other jurisdictions.
- Expand public-private partnerships to fund civic projects.

2. Protect and Improve Larkspur's Core Service Needs

- Focus on implementing projects to repair neighborhood and corridor roads, bridges, and drainage systems.

- Improvements Transportation alternatives: bike, paths, stairs, shuttles Accessibility Parks and public places

- Rose Garden Community Facilities Parcel Project

- Larkspur City Hall renovation for seismic safety and contemporary use.

3. Emergency Preparedness: Plan, Prepare, and Mitigate

- Continue to improve disaster planning and preparation for Larkspur/Greenbrae residents and businesses.
- Support a vegetation management plan to reduce wildland fire risks and enhance public safety access.
- Support the continued implementation of county-wide disaster preparation programs and coordinate with neighboring cities.

4. Support Economic Development of Larkspur/Greenbrae Business Districts

- Work to diversify new businesses in Larkspur so that people have opportunity to shop locally and create jobs.

- Encourage local businesses to partner with our schools so that young people have skilled, quality jobs.
