My Primary Concerns:

Maintaining high-level of law enforcement and firefighting service.

Ensuring responsive, cost-effective and accountable government.

Continuing the repair and maintenance of our streets, infrastructure and water treatment facility.

Improving quality of life issues, including reduction of local airport noise concerns, parking and traffic.

Meeting needs and concerns of our seniors and supporting our youth parks and recreation programs.

Preserving low density in our residental R-1 zones.

Maintaining City Financial stability.

Keeping Lomita a safe place to live, work and raise a family.

Accomplishments:

With hard work and determination, we have reduced spending and achieved a balanced budget for the City.

I supported the recent repairs of our streets, infrastructure and the re-opening of our reservoir and water treatment facility.

I will continue to push for additional street repairs as funds are available, while being mindful of keeping our City's budget balanced.
