  • Attract/Retain high quality teachers.

  • Maintain sound financial management to ensure our tax dollars are spent in the classroom.

Safe and Beautiful Schools

  • Ensure a comprehensive emergency/safety plan with the city.

  • Strengthen and promote character building, anti-bullying programs.

  • Protect our property investment and provide vigilant facility maintenance oversight.

Maximize Opportunities

  • Facilitate collaborative decision making engaging all stakeholders.

  • Strengthen 21st Century Skills and integration of Technology.

  • Ensure our students are prepared for their vocational career or college pursuits upon graduation.

  • Promote internships for students and externships for teachers.

  • Complete the Imperial Street School site development to Senior Living ensuring an ongoing source of revenue for ESUSD
