    Shall the local Fort Bragg special purpose transactions and use tax (sales tax) of one-half of one percent for the express purpose of repairing, maintaining, and reconstructing existing streets, which expires on December 31, 2014, be extended until December 31, 2024 to allow for continued maintenance of streets and alleys in Fort Bragg?
