I am David S. Wall.

I am dedicated to improve government ethics, fiscal responsibility and working to minimize unnecessary redundancy and waste.

Improving the partnership between San Jose and the County is paramount. This would increase our purchasing power and save money; allowing for increased reinvestment in services; public safety, health care, park maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades such as improving county roads.

I would demand a concerted effort by; County Counsel, Sheriff's, and SJPD to effectively control Gangs, graffiti criminals, and those who commit hate crimes.

I look forward to a future with quiet, safe neighborhoods, parklands, and open spaces where; individuals, families, seniors, and disabled persons, like myself, can interact comfortably, and safely to enjoy our neighbors and the natural beauty of our county.

I've actively participated as a citizen in San Jose /County government affairs. I've studied countless committee reports, frequently offered my suggestions via written and verbal communications to improve City and County operations since 1989.

As an Urban Farmer, I'd like to see our schools teach our youth how to grow preserve and eat the food they produce.
