In 2011, led the fight against the current BOS Eminent Domain action taken against the Ludwig's Corner Horse Show, ending successfully with a rescission of the action without extensive legal fees to taxpayers.

While President of the Ludwig's Corner Horse Show Association, coordinated the effort to re-write the by-laws to protect the 33 acre property as open space for perpetuity.
