The first piece of legislation that I will submit to Pittsburgh City Council is a bill to abolish the City of Pittsburgh's Real Estate Transfer Tax for couples registered with Pittsburgh's Domestic Partners Registry or are same-sex couples who were married in another state or the in District of Columbia.
