Shall Article VI of the Bethel Park Home Rule Charter be amended to provide that the Municipality of Bethel Park make an annual appropriation of revenue to the Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Company in an amount equal to 0.34 mills, in a manner to be determined by the Council of the Municipality?

Summary:
If this question is approved by a majority of those voting, the Bethel Park Home Rule Charter will be amended to provide that the Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Company will receive an annual appropriation of revenue. The amount of the appropriation is equal to a 0.34 mill tax levy assessed on all real estate in Bethel Park. The manner of collecting the tax will be determined by Bethel Park Council.
