Arguments For Measure W
This Charter Amendment requires a majority vote of the Inglewood City Council in order to waive further reading of the ordinance; after the ordinance has been introduced by the Inglewood City Council and the title of the ordinance has been read into the record.

It increases democracy by requiring a majority of the elected representatives, of the people, to participate in the decision.
