Arguments For Measure P
This Charter Amendment increases transparency, reduces cost, and modernize the publication of City ordinances while maintaining the traditional means of notifying the public of a proposed ordinance.

In addition to publishing a summary of the ordinance, using traditional means, the Office of the City Clerk shall post city ordinances on the City's website, Notice the Ordinance in a public place, provide copies in the City Clerk's Office and provide public access.

s/ Yvonne Horton, City Clerk
