LWVGP Question: Given limited resources, what areas of funding are a priority for you and why?

By Rick Saccone

Candidate for State Representative; Pennsylvania State House of Representatives; District 39

This information is provided by the candidate
I would like to see the state cars done away with completely, I would also like to see the PICS system finally done away with as it is duplicative and unnecessary. Finally I would like to see us take strong action on the several government audits that have identified hundreds of millions of dollars of waste in government programs. One audit identified $340 million in overpayments of unemployment compensation. That is money that could surely be used elsewhere in the budget.
