"Our bridges and highways are in desperate need of updating and repair. Pennsylvania cannot compete for jobs and new businesses when our highways and roads are less efficient and costing businesses money over the long run."

Harrisburg has failed us by neglecting dire improvements to local infrastructure.

Pennsylvania has almost 6,000 structurally deficient bridges and nearly 8,500 miles of highway rated as `Poor' by Governor Corbett's Transportation Advisory Commission.

As State Representative, Kelly Devine will execute a plan that will make our communities safer and more attractive for increased private development.

• Kelly will oppose any attempt to increase the pain of higher gasoline taxes on motorists.

• Multinational Corporations, headquartered out of state, have reaped record windfalls from Pennsylvania's finite natural resources.

• By enacting a fair extraction fee under 5% + equal to what Natural Gas Drillers already pay in Texas or Oklahoma + We can afford to put able bodied men and women back to work, making long neglected repairs to our local roads and bridges.
