LWV Question: Given limited resources, what areas of funding are a priority for you and why?

By Chris Cratsley

Candidate for State Representative; Pennsylvania State House of Representatives; District 22

This information is provided by the candidate
There are two areas in the budget I would focus on. First is the funding for Public Transportation. This would need to be increased to Port Authority to avoid the devastating cuts in service coming in September. Secondly, I would focus on Education and work on increasing funding. These two areas not without problems to be solved, but are the most important functions our state supports and vital for any economic recovery Western Pennsylvania will have. Tough choices will need to be made, but I will do what is right so people will have schools and a way to work.
