LWVGP Question: Given limited resources, what areas of funding are a priority for you and why?

By Kathleen Ann Coder

Candidate for State Representative; Pennsylvania State House of Representatives; District 16

This information is provided by the candidate
I am a concerned citizen and business owner, not a career politician. I believe Harrisburg needs a change and new thinking. We need results oriented representatives whose goal is to serve the people and reduce the size and spending of government. I will do this by;

  • Reducing the size of the legislature and holding elected officials accountable for their spending on per diems, etc. I will also role model the reforming of state pensions to 401ks by not taking the state pension.

  • Reform school property tax and assessment.

  • Reduce corporate/small business tax to incentivize companies to locate in PA and create job
