Experience counts!

By Heather S. Russell

Candidate for Judge; Court of Common Pleas; 6 Year Term Starting 4/01/13

This information is provided by the candidate
I have 28 years of experience, and every day of it is courtroom experience!
When you vote for me you are voting for EXPERIENCE. I have been a lawyer for 28 years, and I have spent every day of those 28 years in court, first as an Assistant Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney for 17 years, and for the last 11 years as a Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge, presiding daily over both criminal cases and civil cases. The same rules which I have been working with during my whole career apply in both Municipal Court and Common Pleas court. As a voter, you want someone who can take the bench on her first day in office, and preside over the complex cases that appear before her on that very first day. There is no learning period for new judges, which is why an informed voter will vote for Judge Heather S Russell. Please read the various pages within my website to learn in more detail how my experience in both civil and criminal litigation and my overall life experiences have prepared me for Common Pleas Court. Thanks again, and save one vote for me on November 6th!
