A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Woodlawn, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of MAINTAINING AND OPERATING THE WOODLAWN SWIMMING POOL FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES at a rate not exceeding two (2) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty cents ($0.20) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
